1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a 30% deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: full refund minus 5% fee.
30-59 days: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days: no refund.

3. Changes

Name changes: $50 fee per person. Date changes: subject to availability and fees.

4. Liability

TopTours.info acts as an agent. We are not liable for injuries, delays, or cancellations beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.

6. Health & Safety

Travelers must be fit for travel and comply with destination health requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA.
